Marius Pinigis is a contemporary dance artist, developing his artistic and bodily practices in collaboration with various local and international artists, educators, expanding the boundaries of contemporary dance in his hometown of Kaunas and participating in the development of dance field in Lithuania. Also, Marius is as a co-founder, choreographer and dancer of dance company NUEPIKO based in Kaunas.
Marius has been working in the dance field for almost 17 years now, and until now he developed himself not only into professional dancer, choreographer, but also into movement practitioner, who is working with people of different experiences, ages. Lately he started to gain more experience while sharing dance and movement practices to people with special abilities.
The “Dance Well” project is a great opportunity to create a more open and inclusive society, build healthy and rich relation to the body.
