Last news

On May 9th, the final publication of the project has been presented at the Hospital San Giovanni e Paolo, in Venice (Italy), as part of the event organised by Fondazione Ca' Foscari.
The event was designed as a conference for healthcare professionals, doctors and researchers, with a broader invitation to the general audience too.

The day included an open Dance Well class (led by Beatrice Bresolin and Hanna Kushnirenko), and a more traditional presentation of the publication (with a video contribution by Monica Gillette, and live presentations by Luisella Carnelli, Fabrizio Panozzo and Ilaria Foroni), with some speeches by guests such as: neurologists Andrea Pilotto, Daniele Volpe, and neuroscientist Monica Norcini.
Roberto Casarotto was invited to contextualise the practice and the European project, while guests Edgardo Contato and Mario Po’ represented respectively the Local Healthcare Service, and the history of the ancient hospital hosting the event.

Dance Well dancer Arianna Ulian shared her experience too, from the perspective of a person with Parkinson’s and writer, too.
